My Paper Heart
Hello, friends!
Thanks to all of you who came out to the CD release shows in Tampa and Orlando this past week! Our “Pasta Party” sponsored by the JOY-FM was SO much fun, in more ways than one! If you were there, you know what I’m talking about…I know, I should keep my day job and not go into stand-up comedy.
I was thrilled to see over 1,000 of you at Northland Church in Longwood on Wednesday night for the Z 88.3 sponsored show. Wow! Thanks for coming out and bringing your friends. It was a blast to see some old friends and meet lots of new ones.
In case you didn’t know, my debut album “My Paper Heart” released nationwide on Tuesday. Well, that is something I’ve wanted to say for a while. It’s so cool to see God moving and working, and I never want to let monumental moments like this pass by without thanking Him and giving Him the credit! God is SO good, my friends.
The past month has been a busy one to say the least. It’s also been a time of transition in many different areas of my life. It’s not always easy, even when all these exciting things are happening around me. And though I can’t always feel the ground firm beneath me, I know that as sure as the sun will rise tomorrow, God won’t let me go. He’s got me in the palm of His hand—no matter how shaky things might feel. So keep remembering with me that He is always watching, always listening, and always with us.

I saw it at a Target here in Nashville yesterday and almost screamed! I wanted to hold it up by my face so the girl next to me recognized that I was the Francesca Battistelli, but I chickened out. Maybe next time.

I LOVE YOUR NEW CD!
Hey Francesca!!! Just thought I'd let you know how much I love your new CD. I haven't gotten yet but I am going to ask for it for Christmas (=. You should come to Fort Smith, Arkansas sometime for a concert!!!! I would so be there!

Target sighting and August travels
I think it would have been very appropriate to nudge your Target music section acquaintance. "Excuse me miss, I have a hunch that you should take this CD to the nearest check out. In fact- let me escort you there while singing the title track loudly". Or... maybe next time...
I'm extremely proud of you, your passion for ministry and music, and your intense love for people and God. It's an honor to know ya!

THEN- look out Assembly of God Fine Arts Festival. She'll be there with bells on... or at least her guitar in hand Friday August 8.
I know this because I'll be there with her... as her pack mule, security guard and alarm clock!
I Love The Album!
Hi,
I just wanted to say that I absolutly love the album! I have been waiting for it to come out. I was very upset when I was working that day so I wouldn't be able to pick it up. Lucky for me, my dad went and got it for me and put it in my car to surprise me. I had the music so loud the whole way home. I can't tell you wich song is my favorite, because in all honesty, I love them all!
