Pondering God's LOVE.
It's a snowy day in Nashville (which still stumps this Florida girl), and I'm sitting in my living room thinking back on some of the awesome things God has done in the last year and a half since I've lived here. It really is pretty incredible to think about all that He has done. Many dreams of mine have come true, and He has taught me so much. I feel like a completely different person than I was before this city. Every time I used to visit when I still lived in Florida, Nashville just felt like home. I can't really explain it, other than to say that God was preparing my heart for the place he was calling me to make my life. He set a desire in my heart and orchestrated the circumstances so that it was fulfilled perfectly in His timing. How amazing is that? Encouraging, too. God is a Father who loves to give good gifts to His children. He wants to give us the desires of our hearts, and in His perfect timing I wholeheartedly believe He will. I had dinner with a dear friend last night who reminded me how true it is. She's only six months away from marrying the man of her dreams. Really! She loved him for years before they ever dated. In fact, she had no idea that he felt the same way, until one night he called her up and asked her out for lunch. And the rest is history... ;) Ahh, I love stories like that. It reminds me that He is love.
No matter what the circumstances in your life look like today, remember that tomorrow is a fresh start. He will give you the strength you need to wait for His best. He will also surprise you! Pour out your heart--all of it--to the Lord, and you'll be amazed when you see what happens.
Blessings,
Francesca

Hey Francesca!
Hey, I just wanted to tell you that your song "I'm Free to be me" came at such a great time for me in my life. I was in an accident about 2 years ago, pretty drastic without the details, sooo, but Praise God, I am alive now , not dead anymore physically and spritually!!! And I am 41 not 20 tho, but it has really hit home for me. Thank you so much, I love it. God Bless You. Lynette
Hey Francesca!
I came across your album last week on iTunes and I have been listening to it each day during my commute. The passion with which you sing and write is absolutely inspiring - I feel blessed to have come across your work.
Your songs have opened up new ways for me to express how I feel about God and I am excited to see how your phenomenal talents will impact the way I write and play music!
Thank you very much for the inspiration!

We met you last night @ Winter Jam in Columbia SC
Hi, Sweet Girl. Thank you again for signing my granddaughter's poster and my CD - even though I couldn't get the wrapping off fast enough and you had to slip the CD out, sign it and tuck it back in. And the picture of Taylor standing with you is great! You are such a talented artist in both your unique voice and your fantastic talent in writing lyrics. You're so appreciative of God's gifts to you! That's what keeps those gifts coming. My heart was warmed by your kindness to us and to the others with whom you come in contact. I have admired you since the first time I heard your song "I'm Letting Go" on our radio station, WMHK. I looked you up online and wanted to find out who this angel was. I watched all the videos, enjoyed every word I've read of your comments and now I've met you in person! My prayers of gratitude are with you and FOR you. Proverbs 3: 5,6
I knew you at Wekiva!
Wow! The last time I saw you, we all called you Franny! My mother, 'Mrs.' Billman, told me she saw you were singing and doing a wonderful job at it, and I'm so glad to see how amazing things are going! I first went to Wekiva in about '92 and moved away in '97. I was a couple years older than you, and had (still have) reddish/auburn, curly hair, and my name is Natasha. I'm married now and ministering with my husband, a creative arts pastor, in Wichita, KS. I saw you'll be here NEXT WEEK! I'm amazed at the timing! It also happens to be two days after the due date for our first child, a baby boy. I was hoping we might be able to get in touch, but that might be difficult if I'm in labor. ;-) Plus, you've gotta get back on the road. Maybe we'll reconnect some day... But really, just know that I am SO glad to see what God is doing through you! I can see you are a blessing to many!
You go, girl!
Hey Francesca, I gotta say your new song "Free to Be Me" has become my theme song! I absolutely love it, just like everyone else that hears it! It perfectly explains my life right now...and it's so fun and catchy! I cannot wait to hear you sing it at Winter Jam when you come to my city in a few weeks!! =D I'm so excited! Seriously, keep rockin for Jesus, because you are blessing so so so many people with your music! =) You rock!
Thinking
How on earth, if you'll excuse the pun, can someone feel God? I mean, I've been a Christian for years, but I never seem to be able to understand how or why that is. I have too many doubts, and all about the same thing: God. I don't necessarily doubt God's ability to do things, that is, I have doubts as to whether or not he's really even there. There are times where I've felt that I couldn't be closer to God, and I was 100% on fire for him, and I loved that feeling. However, I feel that this feeling only comes for certain things, and I want to have it all the time. But before I can be on fire for God, I have to know and believe that he exists. I mean, I'm only 15, so I've got a lot on my plate already. It seems that when I try to think about God, I end up getting caught in this storm of doubt and confusion and worry from which I can't break free. I hate it, and I want to change it. I need a closer relationship with God. It seems to me that when people are posting things here it has to do with how blessed they are and how wonderful God has made things for them. My only question is, how can you be so sure?
Phew, well I just thought I'd throw that out there. Feel free, anyone, to share your thoughts, opinions, whatever, or don't, but here it is.

I hope this helps...
Hi, I know you wrote this quite a while ago, but I thought I would send some encouraging words your way.
I'm 17 and I used to be exactly where you are. The way you describe how you feel is how I felt too. There's something I finally realized that helped me let go of those doubtful feelings. (which, by the way, it's completely ok to doubt sometimes...otherwise it wouldn't be called FAITH. But you have to take those doubts and look in God's Word for answers. I promise if you seek answers, you will find them!)
What I realized is that there is an absolute truth out there that continues to exist whether we believe it or not. God is God, and that's it. There are certain things that we will never be able to understand about Him and that's because He is so big and powerful that we just can't fully comprehend His glory. That being said, He is always there, and if you believe and reach out to Him, He will reach out to you with loving arms. You have to remember that it's not up to only you or only God to strengthen your relationship. Think about your best friend. If she never called you and you always had to call her or show up at her house to ever see her or talk to her, wouldn't you start to feel like she didn't want to be around you? The relationship has to be mutual, and God is waiting for His precious daughter to talk to Him. He is there, He is God, and there's nothing you can do to change that. Seek out Bible verses to encourage you when you feel doubt and never forget you are a daughter of the most high King. I will be praying for you!
Love from your sister in Christ,
Hannah

I think it is awesome that you are so reminded of God's love, that you put it on here for everyone to read. It really helps me, because I have this passion for music that I can't explain, and I know God didn't put this passion in me or give me these gifts for nothing. I have been trying to do it my way for a long time, and I know that if I just give it all to God, that he will take control and make everything right in his time. "Free to be me" is an amazing song, and I find myself singing it all the time whether it be at work on the car or whatever. If you don't mind, could I possibly send you some of my lyrics and get your feedback on them?
A New Day
So I'm new to this whole blog deal, but I had to post. Your thoughts are so encouraging and I think it's cool that you take time to post what's on your mind. I'm a youth pastor and I've recently been teaching my students the importance of forgetting past struggles and waking up tomorrow in the hope that God is going to make his mercies new for us. No matter how bad today was, tomorrow is a fresh start. And God has given us all we need to handle what life throws at us!! 2 Peter 1:3-4

Hey there!
Hey Francesca, or as I remember Frannie! I used to dance with you in Florida, and the other day I heard your name on the radio. I was a year or two younger than you when we were kids, but I remember doing the Nutcracker with you. I was one of the cherubs. You were in the classes with Jennifer, one of my good friends. Congrats on your music career. I love your music. The message you are speaking is really amazing. I'm so happy for you!! Praise God :)

Big impression on a 10 year old
You may not remember me, but I was one of the volunteers in Nevada, MO who helped at your merchandise table. My daughter was so impressed with your beautiful voice and talent. Thank you for the kindness you showed her...she is learning to play the guitar (and doing well, I might add), and you helped add to that interest. She has your poster up in her room and gets excited when we hear your song, "Free to be Me", on K-Love. We send you our love and hope you can make it back to our neck of the woods sometime! Tell Shayna hi from the Nevada girls!! I pray that God will continue to bless you as you share your talent with the world for His glory!!
