WinterJam and Staying Busy
Oh dear friends,
It's been forever since I've written to you. Please forgive me! I've been just a tad busy with the holidays and the start of WinterJam. In fact, I'm currently sitting on my dressing room floor at the arena in Charlotte, NC for the 4th stop on the tour! I got off the stage about half an hour ago, and I thought it would be a good time to reach out and say hello.
I've been having a great time with the people on this tour so far. pureNRG is keeping me amped up (and young), Stephanie Smith and I both adore Starbucks, the guys of NewSong and I are buddies by now (thank you, fall tour), and everyone else is pretty swell too! And since I've got the NewSong band killing it behind me, I decided to step out from behind the guitar and pick up the mic for a few songs this time around! It's so much fun! The crowds have been fantastic--so energetic. I've enjoyed meeting so many of you this past weekend. To those of you who haven't been able to check out a show yet, don't worry, you've got 9 weeks left and 30 more chances to catch WinterJam in a city near you, with TobyMac, Brandon Heath, Hawk Nelson, NewSong, pureNRG, Stephanie Smith, Tony Nolan (speaker),
