What are your return and exchange policies?

Online orders may be returned for a refund within 60 days. Please contact customer service at 1-888-483-0023 or customerservice@wordmusic.com to get an authorization number for your return. Credits will appear on your account in 4-6 weeks of receiving the item. We do not do exchanges; please return the item you wish to exchange and order the new item you want. Please make sure your spam filters are set to allow emails from Word Entertainment - questions@wordmusic.com.
